Second Nature is my story as a member of the LGBT community. People with homo-negative views tend to refer to homosexuality as animalistic. I’ve created female-animal hybrids that mock or turns that negative comment into something that is embedded as a part of the female, whether it be her hair, limbs, etc. For my characters, it is second nature for them to be animalistic. It is something that is just a part of them as their own skin and hair. Just like me, loving who I love comes to me like second nature. Through art, this is my interpretation.
